Warranty:
TerraBound Solutions warrants to the owner that this product shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year, provided they are installed per provided installation instructions and that component parts supplied are used.

TerraBound Solutions’ obligation under this warranty shall be limited to repair and exchange of any such item, which may prove defective under normal use (vandalism and premeditated damage excluded) during such period. Warranty period begins at final acceptance by owner.

Limited Lifetime: on all Playtopia 6″ x 6″ recycled posts, post cops, and stainless steel hardware against failure due to rust-through corrosion, deterioration, insect infestation, exposure to weather, or workmanship.

15 Year Limited Warranty: on all recycled deck platforms, stairs, ramps, bridges, against structural failure due to deterioration defects in materials or workmanship.

10 Year Limited Warranty: (only when purchased as part of a compelete playground structure) on all polyethylene (panels, sides) and steel (climber, overheads) aganst structural failure due to deterioration defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty excludes cosmetic issues arising from use.

1 Year Limited Warranty: for structural failure of moving parts, swing seats, and any other product or part not covered by one of the above warranties. This covers rust-through corrosion, defects in materials or workmanship.

Freight/Shipping Claims:
Damages and shortages must be identified upon product delivery with freight driver. A customer and freight carrier signed copy of the delivery report should be faxed to the sales support team immediately.
