What Gorilla Playsets are Made of

Most of our Gorilla Play Systems are made with the best quality Cedar. Cedar is naturally resistant to decay, rot, and insect damage. All Cedar Play Systems receive a factory applied stain/sealant to protect the lumber. Some of our Play Systems feature our maintenance-free Timber Shield protective poly coating. These attractive, splinter-free, timbers are coated with a thick, green, polyethylene casing that shields the wood from the weather, making them virtually maintenance free.

This play system is intended for residential use only. It is recommended to include a 6ft. safety perimeter around the swing portion of the play system.

Process:
After production of your Gorilla play system or swing set the trucking company will call you within 5-7 days to setup a delivery time that best suites your schedule. The freight company will be using the number you provided when ordering, so make sure it is accurate to defeat any shipment problems that may occur.

Delivery:
The delivery person requires your assistance in unloading the order. Any additional services, such as two-man delivery, inside delivery, lift gate, or address change are not included in the price of the freighted item. The cost of these additional services varies from city to city. They usually cost between $35.00 and $150.00 extra. You may purchase these additional services by contacting TerraBound Solutions at 877-857-2915. After your order has been placed, one of our friendly representatives will contact you to discuss your shipping schedule and any additional services needed. Any additional services will be charged on a separate receipt.

You have 30 days to report missing/damaged parts.
TerraBound Solutions warrants this product to be free from defects in workmanship and materials, under normal use and conditions, for 10 years from the date of purchase for structural wood components, and for one year for all other components.
