Molds

The forms for the precast units are constructed of laminated metal fiberglass design to withstand casting pressures without distortion. All anchors, inserts, bolts, etc. are placed and secured in the forms as required for the attachment and handling of the units.

Physical Characteristics

All exposed surfaces are treated to remove the surface matrix and expose the aggregate produced by chemical retardent or sandblasting. All precast has the water repellent sealer treatment applied in strict accordance with manufacturer's specifications.

Materials

Portland Cement: ASTM C150 Type 1 or 3
All aggregate meets ASTM C33 Specifications

This bench has a one-year warranty on workmanship and materials excluding vandalism. Claims for defects must be accompanied by copies of the original invoice or invoice number

Structural supports for tables and benches are warranted to the original purchase to be free of rust outs that would compromise structural integrity for a period of 5 YEARS after date purchase, surface rust or cosmetic paint deterioration is excluded.

Tables tops or seats or frames accompanied with copy of original invoice must be returned to the factory prepaid to validate this warranty. The factory reserves the right to either repair any of the damage to the tops or seats or frames or to replace with new products and then return the product to the purchaser, freight collect.
