Warranty and Care

Warranty:
Polywood products maintain a warranty for a period of five years of residential use or one year for commercial use starting from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in the manufacturing and workmanship of the furniture components. TerraBound Solutions shall not be liable for any failure, defect or damage resulting from improper use or natural occurrence.

Care:
Polywood products are easy to maintain. To remove dirt use simple soap and water. For extreme cleaning needs, use a 1/3 bleach and water solution.

Freight Claims:
Damages and shortages must be identified upon product delivery with freight driver. A customer and freight carrier signed copy of the delivery report should be faxed to the sales support team immediately.

The Curved Back Adirondack Chair features all the form and comfort of the Classic Chair with the addition of a curved back. This product is made with the strongest eco-friendly recycled plastic polymer. This material offers the look and feel of wood, but with added benefits and outstanding performance.

Unlike wood, Polywood Recycled Plastic does not absorb moisture and will therefore not rot, warp, splinter, crack or support bacterial growth. This environmentally friendly material is also resistant to corrosive substances, oil and fuels, insects, fungi, salt spray, and other environmental stresses. Because of this, your Polywood Adirondack Chair will never need to be refinished or repainted and is available in a range UV-stabilized colors.
